Reservation Policy: Thank you for choosing to dine with us. To ensure the best experience for all guests, please review our reservation guidelines below. Party Size: -Standard reservations may be booked for up to 8 guests. -Reservation requests larger than 8 guests require management approval. We limit the number of large parties accepted within each time period to maintain service quality. For parties of 8 or more, once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a secure link to place a credit card on file. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking; it is held only in the event of a late cancellation. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the reservation time may incur a fee of $10 per expected guest. If you need to cancel or have an emergency, please contact the restaurant during business hours or email us at thesauce@2vconcepts.com. -Parties larger than 10 guests are not guaranteed to be seated together. Guests may make multiple reservations and we will do our best to seat parties near each other when possible. -Large parties 6+ may be seated at high-top tables. Large Parties & Group Dining: -Parties of 16 or more are considered group dining and cannot be booked as standard reservations. -Parties of 8 or more will be on one check, we will accept 3 forms of payment per check. Split checks are allowed on parties less than 8. Group dining reservations require: -A selected group dining menu -Advance payment for group dining menu -A signed agreement -Group dining reservations are non-refundable, and menu items cannot be modified or removed from the bill unless management determines there was a service or kitchen error. -A separate tab for Alcohol is permitted, this will be one running tab with up to 3 forms of payment permitted. -For group dining inquiries, please email sauceevents@2vconcepts.com. Private Dining: -Parties requesting guaranteed seating together may be required to reserve private dining space. -Private dining is subject to a food and beverage minimum and a room rental fee. Availability and final details are determined by management. Seating & Arrival Policy: -A minimum of 50% of the party must be present before seating. -Guests should be prepared to order once seated and should not delay ordering while waiting for remaining guests. -We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After this time, reservations may be released. -Due to capacity and service flow, a brief wait may still occur even with a reservation. Auto-Gratuity: -Parties of 6 or more are subject to an automatic gratuity. -All Private parties/ Tables sat in "The Secret Sauce" will be subject to auto gratuity. Children: -If your reservation includes children, please note this in the Special Requests section so we can plan seating appropriately. Bar Seating: -Bar seating is first-come, first-served and cannot be reserved. Confirmations & Cancellations: -Reservations receive a confirmation message and unconfirmed reservations may be cancelled if not confirmed 24 hours in advance. -If you are unable to attend, please cancel as early as possible so we may offer the table to other guests. Outside Dessert & Wine: -Outside desserts are permitted for celebrations and a service fee will apply. -Outside wine is permitted with corkage. Wines currently offered on our wine list may not be brought in. Photography Policy: -Professional photography, flash photography, lighting equipment, and staged photo sessions are not permitted inside the restaurant. The Secret Sauce – Reservation Policy Age Requirement Guests must be 21+ to enter The Secret Sauce. Valid ID is required at check-in. Dining Availability • Dinner service is available before 8:00 PM. • Reservations after 8:00 PM will have access to small bites and cocktails only. • Guests wishing to enjoy the full dinner menu may do so in our main dining room. Large Party Policy • We can seat up to 8 guests together as a standard reservation. • For groups of 10 or more, we will do our best to accommodate them together; however, this is not guaranteed, and the party may need to be split and seated as two separate parties. • If the group wants to be guaranteed together at one table, we may offer seating before 5:00 PM or after 7:30 PM, for groups up to 15 guests, based on availability. • Groups of 16 or more cannot be booked as regular reservations. General Policies Time Restrictions Tables may be subject to a 60–90 minute time limit based on reservations and volume. 50% of your party must be present to be sat. Gratuity A 20% gratuity will be added to all reservations in The Secret Sauce. Grace Period We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you are running behind, please call us as soon as possible. After 15 minutes, we may need to release your table to accommodate other guests. Cancellations If you are unable to make your reservation, please cancel as early as possible so we can offer the table to other guests. Arrival Upon arrival, please check in with our staff. Due to limited capacity, there may be a brief wait even with a reservation. We welcome guests to bring in their own desserts for celebrations. A $3.00 per person dessert convenience fee will be applied to the reservation. This fee includes the provision of plates, utensils, a cake knife, and a candle upon request. Guests may also bring in outside wine. A $25 corkage fee per bottle will be applied. Please note that wine labels offered on our in-house wine list may not be brought in, as we do not allow outside bottles that duplicate our current selections. All guests must present a valid ID at the host stand before entering the speakeasy.
