Reservation Policy Shakerag accepts online reservations in advance. Reservations are strongly encouraged, especially on weekends, holidays, and event evenings. Reservations are seated at the reserved time or within a brief grace period, as dining flow allows. If a party arrives more than 15 minutes late, the reservation may be released so we can accommodate other guests. Complete parties must be present to be seated. Table requests (indoor/outdoor, location preferences) are noted but cannot be guaranteed. Reservation times are planned to allow guests to enjoy a relaxed dining experience; however, table duration may be limited during peak hours. We appreciate your understanding as we balance thoughtful pacing, kitchen timing, and the experience of every guest in the dining room.
