Cheers from The Southerner! For each reservation a credit card is required to be placed on file. There is no fee for a reservation, or deposit required. This credit card is stored securely only to secure the reservation. The only time the card would be charged is in the instance of a last minute cancellation, or a no-show for your reservation. A last minute cancellation is defined as any cancellation made within the 24 hour period leading up to your scheduled reservation. A no-show is defined as arriving 20 minutes or later for your scheduled reservation, or not showing up at all. In the instance of either a last minute cancellation, or no-show, there is a $10 per person fee that will be charged to the card on file. Please let us know beforehand if any guests in your party require special accommodations such as: dietary restrictions, mobility needs, or a highchair/booster seat. Please remember that your party of two adults, and a small child requiring a highchair is a party of three. Your reservation provides for up to 1.5 hours of dining time at your table. This time starts at the time of your reservation, or when the first guest is seated at the table, whichever is first. For this reason, we strongly suggest all guests have arrived before the start of your reservation. We kindly ask for your assistance in keeping to 1.5 hours of dining time to ensure all parties can experience The Southerner. We can hold your reservation for 10 minutes after the scheduled arrival time. If you are going to be late, please contact us immediately. While we can not guarantee we can hold your table, we will attempt to find the best possible solution. Reservations can be made online for parties of up to 8 guests. If your party is larger than 8 guests you may not make a reservation online and should call the restaurant as this reservation will require manager approval. We ask that you do not make a reservation for 8 guests and adjust your party to a larger size upon arrival. We cannot guarantee your party a table in this instance and may have to cancel your reservation, including the cancellation fee of $10 per person.
