The Biutiful Cava Rose is made of 100% Garnacha Tinta, or simply Garnacha. It is a Spanish red grape known as Grenache in France. The grapes in this Cava are 40-50 years old. They have adapted well to the windy conditions and hot climate in this region.

Beautiful light gold hue, the nose is clearly fruity (grapefruit, lemon, citrus), with notes of honeysuckle and hawthorn. A lively and frank attack, and a finish reminiscent of anise, make this wine a beautiful expression of Chardonnay.

Light straw yellow. Classic Chardonnay secondary aromas of acacia flowers, ripe white citrus and peach with a grassy undertone. The palate unfurls with canary melon and white peach, evolving into lemongrass.

This smooth Merlot offers pure velvet, deep and delicious black fruit, cedar, tobacco, and cassis. It conveys concentrated richness and yet purity and focus.

Grenache and Syrah blend Really interesting CDP light but still highly structured. Lovely cherry and violet nose. Jammy palate.

Chardonnay Duvarita Vineyard is pure and energetic, with scents of lemon juice, oyster shell, toast and spiced apples. The palate is energetic and minerally, with a rounded texture and hints of savory character on the finish waiting to emerge after more time in bottle

Best Day's Kölsch is light, crisp, and easy drinking with a nice toasty malt character and lighter hopping. Our combination of malts and hops create a refreshingly complex Kölsch-style ale. The crisp and clean finish leaves you wanting another sip.

Aroma is malty with strong, dank, piney hops. Very enticing! Flavor is bitter and caramel malty, with a piney citrus hop body shining through. Finishes sweet, tangy and a little dry. Mouthfeel is well carbonated even after the swallow as the carbonic prickle lingers.

Dèpaysement is a foeder-aged saison brewed by Perennial Artisan Ales. It is built upon a sturdy base of Pilsner malt, malted wheat, and spelt, and is primarily fermented in stainless steel before being transferred into large-format foeders for a 11-month aging process. The beer has an ABV of 4.4% and is known for its smooth carbonation and funky notes.

The beer that puts Founder's on the map, it’s so good it’s almost wrong. With dark ruby in color, Dirty Bastard is brewed a variety of specialty malts. This beer has a complex in finish, paired with a malty richness and a right hook of hop power to give it the bad attitude that a beer named Dirty Bastard has to live up to. Ain’t for the wee lads.

This Icelandic Scotch Ale is brewed with locally farmed and smoked barley and spiced with Native Icelandic Angelica. With sweet notes of caramel and a touch of smokiness, Einstok's Wee Heavy remains incredibly balanced, rich, and hearty.
