Reserve your seat for an exclusive evening with Chef Thomas Shiroma and The Pearl Clutch Raw Bar. Each reservation for The Pearl Clutch Raw Bar pop-up event includes a half-dozen oysters upon guest arrival. All oysters are shucked fresh and on-location, and are served with complimentary lemon, hot sauce, mignonette, and crackers upon request. Oysters are sourced from both East and West Coast varieties. The East Coast oyster is harvested from the jagged, brackish coast of the Atlantic ocean, and they are known for their briny and mineral flavor. The West Coast oyster is harvested from the rugged inlets and bays of the Pacific Ocean, and tend to be creamy in texture with fruity tones akin to cucumber and melon. Three of each variety are included with this reservation. Guests are welcome to request additional oysters, individually or per half or whole dozen, once they arrive.
Available Times
To reserve your seat for Oyster Night with Chef Thomas, guests will prepay for a half dozen oysters at the time of booking. Because of the nature of this special event and limited seating, all reservations are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event date. We are unable to offer refunds or transfers for cancellations made after this window. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep this experience intimate and well-prepared for all guests.
