Literally the BEST customer service experience I’ve ever had! I placed a take out order for my family and unfortunately after I got back to our hotel I realized 1/2 of our order was missing. As I was preparing to begrudgingly head back across town, I realized I had already received a text and a call from the co-owner acknowledging the mistake! Timmy offered to not only personally deliver the missed order, but gave us a fresh set of fries and a free bread pudding. Fantastic! Thank you Timmy and the TH team!
