We are pleased to welcome Bar 430 to offer an exciting three course meal that is sure to delight. Cocktail hour begins at 5:30 and dinner is served at 6:30 Menu: Course 1: Smoked watermelon salad with feta and basil vinaigrette Course 2: Seared ocean trout with summer lentil salad and dill lemon cream sauce Course 3: Angel food strawberry shortcake with vanilla cream. This event is open to all yacht club members and their guests. Tables can range from 2-10 people. In your reservation please state the number of people and all names of people in your group, your seating preference (porch, outdoor patio or inside) as well as any dietary restrictions. We will do our best to honor all seating preferences.
