These evenings are meant to be both elevated and approachable — a chance to taste something special, learn a little, and enjoy the company of fellow members in a setting that feels celebratory, personal, and uniquely King William. Members will enjoy a seated dinner experience with thoughtfully paired wines, chef-driven courses, and hospitality from our team throughout the evening. Space is limited to the first 50 people and reservations are required. This is a limited-seating dinner designed for guests who want to experience caviar beyond the traditional tin — refined, playful, and deeply memorable. Please note: For guests joining us who prefer not to participate in the caviar prix fixe, our regular dinner menu will also be available that evening by standard reservation.
