Step into the action with our state-of-the-art Virtual Bays, featuring immersive golf simulators. 18-years-old or older to play. The age restriction increases to 21-years-old or older for reservations made after 8 PM. For the safety and respect of all players, NO children under 14-years-old may be in the Billiards or Golf Simulator areas. Accompanied minors in this area must be at least 14-years-old and must be an active game participant. A reservation confirmation SMS message will be texted to you. Check your SPAM text folder if you do not see it. To reserve more than one hour, specify how long the reservation should be in Additional Information. Our staff will make the adjustment on our end if those hours are available (details you should be able to see when reserving.)

If you are unable to make it to the The Knickerbocker Social House, please cancel your reservation as soon as you know you are not coming. If you do not cancel before your scheduled experience, we cannot refund your fees.
The Knickerbocker Social House — Golf Simulator House Rules Book and pay at the counter. Bays rent by the hour (or fraction thereof). Time starts at your reserved slot, whether you're warmed up or not. Show up on time. One golfer swinging at a time. Everyone else stays behind the hitting area. A driver at full speed doesn't care who's standing there. Hit off the mat only. No swinging outside the designated hitting zone, and never toward anything but the screen. Real golf balls only if we provide them. Bring your own clubs if you like, but use the balls and tees we supply. Wrong equipment can wreck the screen and sensors. Respect the screen. The impact screen and projector are the most expensive things in the room. No throwing clubs, no horseplay, no chip shots at people. Damage from misuse gets charged to your tab. Proper footwear required. Clean, soft-soled shoes or athletic shoes. No metal spikes, no boots, no bare feet on the mat. Control your swing. Check your space before every shot — clubs, follow-through, and backswing all stay clear of walls, screens, and other people. You break it, you buy it. Drinks off the equipment. Use the side tables for food and drinks. Nothing set on the hitting mat, tee console, or ball tray. Spills and sensors don't mix. 21 to drink, and know your limit. We card. Swinging a club after too many isn't fun for anybody — staff can end your session for impairment or unsafe play, no refund. Kids welcome, adult supervision required. Minors must have a parent or guardian present and responsible for them and any damage. Little ones stay out of the swing zone entirely. Keep it friendly. No rough play, no abusive language, no gambling. Management reserves the right to end your session and clear the bay for conduct issues — no refund. Play at your own risk.
