Your reservation will be held for 10 minutes after your scheduled time. We cannot guarantee an open table after that time. If you are unable to make it, please cancel your reservation as soon as possible. On Miners game nights and ticketed events, tables may be reserved for no longer than 90 minutes. Special Event Reservation Policy 21+ Special Event | DJ • Bar • Late Night (After Hours) Thank you for joining us for our special After Hours event. Please review the following reservation policies before booking. 21+ Only This is a 21+ event. All guests must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid, government-issued photo ID upon entry. No exceptions will be made. Cover Charge A cover charge applies to each guest attending the event. The cover charge secures your admission to the special event and helps cover entertainment and event production costs as well as passed appetizers and 1 draft beer OR well liquor drink. Cover charges are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation/event start time. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund, subject to the terms of the reservation. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Reservations canceled less than 24 hours before the event, as well as no-shows, will forfeit the applicable cover charge. If your party arrives with fewer guests than originally reserved within the 24-hour cancellation window, the cover charge for the canceled guests may still apply. Late-Night Experience After regular restaurant service, the venue transitions into a late-night party atmosphere featuring a live DJ, full bar, music, and dancing. Seating is limited and reservations are strongly recommended. A reservation does not necessarily guarantee a specific table, section, or seating location unless specifically confirmed by the restaurant. Entry & Management Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who are intoxicated, disruptive, disorderly, or otherwise fail to comply with venue policies. No refunds will be provided in these circumstances. All guests are expected to enjoy the event responsibly and respectfully. Arrival Please arrive at a reasonable time. Reservations may be released after 45 minutes if the party has not arrived and management has been unable to contact the reservation holder. Event Changes Event details, including DJ, entertainment, hours, seating arrangements, and programming, are subject to change. If the restaurant cancels the event, affected guests will be notified and the applicable cover charge will be refunded. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the above policies.
