The Pepper dinner was fantastic. Great food with peppers incorporated in a variety of creative ways. Everything was delicious but I think our favorite dish was the grilled Jimmy Nardellos with whipped tofu. Wine pairings were interesting and showcased Northern Italy’s Piedmont region. Service and timing were flawless.
