A quick dish my mom would make when I was younger. The only difference is that this dish comes with poached eggs instead of raw eggs. Comes with 2 poached eggs, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and scallions. Mixed the rice and egg hard until it becomes fluffy and enjoy :)
