We say our pizza is Neapolitan-ish, a cross between NY style and Neapolitan. It is a 12" pie, thinner in the middle with a nice bubbly and a little bit charred crust around the edges. We use a wood fire oven which leads to a beautiful char to the pizza. You have the option to have it "Lightly Cooked" or a "Crispier Cooked"
