[$55 per Person - 6 Courses + Dessert] We are proud and excited to continue offering dinner service in our space and can't wait to welcome you and your loved ones! Sustainability has been the foundation that has dictated our decisions as a business, and the core value of what we stand for as professionals. Our small tinned fish menu, local farm cheese as well as fresh baked organic focaccia is a testament of how we have approached sourcing and waste. We proudly are, in fact, a landfill free establishment since opening our doors in 2017! Our Chef and partner Daniele Brenci has been working on creating an initial series of dinner experiences as we transition into this new chapter for Tina's. The table is filled with a spread of dishes meant to be shared, a tasting menu that rotates with the micro seasons, an ever changing expression of local quality ingredients designed by what the earth has to offer throughout the year. A coursed menu as intentional as our drink pairings and floor hospitality, an approach meant to let our guests just sit back and receive. Strictly working with hyper-seasonal produce allows us to substantially minimize our waste. Expect to find a vegetarian menu with occasional seasonal proteins. Dishes constantly changing to express the beauty and flavors throughout our seasons. A culinary journey that ultimately aims to support our local agriculture and small producers that surround these lands.
