Two braised bison bowls for the win. This place never disappoints. My buddy and I come all the way from boulder to have this meal.
I have been looking for a place with this cuisine forever! There are some Mexican restaurants that have an Indian taco, but this is the real deal with fluffy fry bread, nicely spiced fresh, nicely seasoned ingredients.
