American IPA 6.0% brewed with 2 Row, Vienna, Munich, and a touch of crystal malt. Hopped in the kettle and dry hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Amarillo. Notes of grapefruit, freshly sliced oranges, red berry, and pine sap.

Flagship Double IPA 8% Brewed with Citra, Simcoe & Chinook. Giving tropical notes of strawberry and pineapple.

Farmhouse-inspired pale ale. 5.2% ABV Brewed with Rabbit Hill Malthouse pilsner, raw wheat, and malted wheat, hopped with Saaz and Cascade, and fermented with a Belgian-inspired yeast strain from Walloon, Belgium.

Dry Hopped Pilsner 5.6% ABV brewed with German Malts and hopped with 100% Saaz. Notes of white grape, lemon balm, and freshly baked milk bread.

Helles Lager 5.2% Brewed with high quality German Pilsner malt and hopped entirely with Tettnanger, Lumberyard Lager is crisp & biscuity with a pleasant Noble hop presence.

Lynn Brett Saison | 4.3% Notes of lemon meringue, sweet tarts, pineapple, grapefruit zest. Tangy, zippy, dry finish.

Kölsch 5.6% Traditional German style that is clean, crisp, and subtle hop character with a bright finish.

Dry Hopped Pilsner 5.5% easy-drinking dry-hopped Pilsner. We used premium German malts and noble hops to make a crisp and refreshing beer that you can enjoy all summer.

Coffee Porter 6.5% Revolution is our highly anticipated Coffee Porter brewed in collaboration with our friends @revolution_coffee in Collingswood. 

Brewed with a malt base of 2-row barely, a plethora of dark specialty malts, and a dash of flaked oats for a soft mouthfeel, Revolution is then gently hopped with Cascade, Chinook, and Centennial.

 We then condition Revolution over a blend of cacao nibs and a really beautiful Naturally Processed Coffee Bean from the Gera Region of Ethiopia. Notes of espresso dipped biscotti, cafe americano con turbinado, chocolate covered caramel, and toasted pumpernickel.

Modern IPA 7.0% Brewed with Oats, hopped in the kettle with Citra, then dry-hopped with Mosaic, Idaho 7, and Chinook. Notes Pineapple, Guava, and Passionfruit with and undeniable dank overtone.

Hoppy American Pale Ale 5.2% Classic-Leaning American Pale Ale brewed with 2-Row Barley & hopped with a blend of Citra, Chinook, El Dorado, and Strata. Notes of fresh grain, citrus pith, and bitter herbs.

Märzen 6.0% brewed with traditional Munich malts & German hops. With a bready malt backbone balanced by floral & peppery Hallertau Mittelfrüh, Saaz, & Tettnanger, our take on this historic style of beer evokes notes of toasted rye drizzled with honey, lightly steeped breakfast tea, fresh peppercorns, and lemon zest. Highly drinkable while remaining incredibly complex.

Fuego is our Flagship Modern India Pale Ale brewed with 2-Row Barley, Pilsner Malt, and Rolled Oats & Hopped with Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic. Notes of grapefruit, peach, citrus zest & pine. 6.2% ABV

Halcyon is our Classic India Pale Ale brewed with 2-Row Barley & hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Amarillo. Pours a translucent golden orange with notes of grapefruit pith, orange zest, and pine sap with a nice herbal bitterness. 6.0% ABV.

Improv is our Flagship Modern Double India Pale Ale brewed with a lot of malted oats & hopped with Citra, Simcoe and Chinook. Notes of ripe mango, peach fruit cups, and some light pine. 8.0% ABV.

Lawn Boy is our Dry Hopped Pilsner brewed with German Malts and hopped with 100% Saaz. Notes of white grape, lemon balm, and freshly baked milk bread. 5.6% ABV.

Rift is American IPA coming in at 7.0%
 ABV. It's hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Idaho 7. It offers notes of Pineapple, Guava, and Passion Fruit. Perfect for the sunshine!

Modern Hazy Double IPA 8.2% Brewed with flaked oats and hopped with Strata, Chinook, Cascade and Amarillo. Big fluffy notes of ripe berries, passion fruit, orange starburst and balanced piny bitterness

This Mexican Lager is the first beer ever brewed at Tonewood. Brewed with 2 Row Barley & Hopped with Saaz. It boasts notes of fresh bread, grilled corn, & Citrus zest . 5.2%ABV

Mixed Culture Saison Aged in Oak 5.4% A blend of three, two, and one year old barrel aged farmhouse ales. Bottle and keg-conditioned for six months with orange blossom honey from Fruitwood Orchards. Notes of funky pineapple, late harvest peaches, tangerine, zippy lemon meringue, pine resin, dusty oak, and herbal spice. Refreshing acidity and bitterness.

Belgian Saison 5.8%
 Notes of Bubblegum, Citrus, Grapefruit Rind, Stone Fruit, Clove, White Pepper & Hay with a Bitter, Dry Finish

Belgian Golden Strong 8.3% Notes of apricot, orange blossom honey, pomme fruit, grapefruit, fried herbs, clove and spices

Mixed culture saison aged in oak | 4.7% A blend of mixed culture saison fermented and matured in oak. Brewed with @rabbit_hill_malthouse farmhouse pilsner, raw wheat, malted wheat, and spelt. Bright notes of lemon meringue, pineapple, grapefruit zest, soft vanilla, dusty oak, and a tart, zippy finish.
