Pilsner Malt, hopped with Cascade, Centennial & Chinook, Dry hopped with Riwaka, Notes of White Tea, Melon, Citrus Zest & Pine. Crisp & Clean

Czech Pilsner 4.0% 100 Czech Pilsner Malt, 100% Czech grown Saaz, and a very old yeast strain isolated from beers brewed in the Czech Republic for centuries. Bright, floral and refreshing.

Freshies is our Flagship American Pale Ale brewed with a dash of wheat & hopped with Simcoe, Amarillo and Cascade. Notes of lemon lime, pineapple, and pine resin. 5.0% ABV.

Fuego is our Flagship Modern India Pale Ale brewed with 2-Row Barley, Pilsner Malt, and Rolled Oats & Hopped with Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic. Notes of grapefruit, peach, citrus zest & pine. 6.2% ABV

Halcyon is our Classic India Pale Ale brewed with 2-Row Barley & hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Amarillo. Pours a translucent golden orange with notes of grapefruit pith, orange zest, and pine sap with a nice herbal bitterness. 6.0% ABV.

Improv is our Flagship Modern Double India Pale Ale brewed with a lot of malted oats & hopped with Citra, Simcoe and Chinook. Notes of ripe mango, peach fruit cups, and some light pine. 8.0% ABV.

Belgian Farmhouse Pale Ale 5.2%
 With notes of Orange Hard Candy, Pear, Hay Floral Juniper, Light Grapefruit & Bubblegum

Dry Hopper Pilsner 5.6% Brewed using German Pils malt, Saaz & Perle hops. Serving notes of orange pith, fresh grain & lemon balm.

American Session Stout 4.0% Rabbit Hill Malthouse 2 Row & light Munich, Dark Specialty Malts, Cascade & Chinook, Bakers Chocolate, Roasted Chicory, Espresso, Zesty Hop finish.

Trail Beer is our more Classic-Leaning American Pale Ale brewed with 2-Row Barley & hopped with a blend of Citra, Chinook, El Dorado, and Strata. Notes of fresh grain, citrus pith, and bitter herbs. 5.2% ABV.

Bedford is our Dark Mild Ale brewed with Maris Otter & specialty Crystal and Dark Malts. Hopped entirely with UK East Kent Golding and carbonated naturally for an incredibly smooth mouthfeel. Notes of pumpernickel, toffee, dark chocolate, and cold brewed coffee. 3.8% ABV.

American Golden Bitter 3.7% ABV Notes of toasted scones, citrus marmalade, sun tea & earthy minimality.

Ghostchant Belgian Witbier collab with @theseedbeer | 4.9% Kicking off our ten year anniversary week with our first collaboration with our forever family at The Seed. Brewed with @rabbit_hill_malthouse pilsner malt and a large portion of malted wheat and raw wheat. Hopped in the kettle with cascade, mandarina bavaria, and whirlpool-ed with freshly zested and juiced oranges, along with coriander and chamomile. Bright notes of citrus zest, freshly squeezed OJ, fruit loops, stone fruit, herbal spice, wheat fields, and Belgian esters.

Mas Fuego is the bigger & badder Double IPA version of our Flagship IPA, Fuego. Dense & sticky with notes of Papaya, Mango Candy, & Dried Apricot. 8.2% ABV,

West Coast IPA 7.3%
 Hopped w/ Citra, Galaxy, Amarillo & Chinook. Notes of Guava candy with a Soft Bitterness.

Rift is American IPA coming in at 7.0%
 ABV. It's hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Idaho 7. It offers notes of Pineapple, Guava, and Passion Fruit. Perfect for the sunshine!

 Notes of Bubblegum, Citrus, Grapefruit Rind, Stone Fruit, Clove, White Pepper & Hay with a Bitter, Dry Finish

Mixed culture saison aged in oak | 4.7% A blend of mixed culture saison fermented and matured in oak. Brewed with @rabbit_hill_malthouse farmhouse pilsner, raw wheat, malted wheat, and spelt. Bright notes of lemon meringue, pineapple, grapefruit zest, soft vanilla, dusty oak, and a tart, zippy finish.
