Tora Japanese Kitchen is a modern neighborhood eatery in the heart of Echo Park, where comfort and craft come together. Our menu celebrates Japanese home-style flavors with a creative California touch—fresh sushi, soulful ramen with distinctive broth and springy noodles, and sizzling teriyaki plates served hot off the grill, alongside seasonal small plates designed for sharing. Tora’s casual yet thoughtful atmosphere invites friends, families, and locals to slow down, enjoy honest food, and feel at home. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick lunch or lingering over dinner and drinks, Tora is where good food, good people, and good energy meet.
