Tostimo’s Pizza Kitchen is a scratch kitchen run by Chef Jon—a Seacoast industry veteran who's helped launch some of the biggest names in town. Now he's cooking the food he actually craves and serving it up without any shortcuts. We hand-bread our chicken to order and fry in beef tallow for that retro, unbeatable flavor, all while crafting everything in-house—from our signature pizzas to our savory rice bowls, pastas, and sandwiches. And remember: if it's not made the way Chef Jon likes it, it's not on our menu.
