Trinacria Pizza Co. is a family owned pizzeria in Oceanside, California, created by father and son team Tore and Damiano Trupiano. More than 100 years in the making, our story traces our family’s journey from Sicily to America and nearly four decades of owning and operating restaurants in Oceanside.
At Trinacria, pizza is the heart of the restaurant. We celebrate different American pizza traditions through New York, Detroit, Sicilian, and Chicago Tavern styles, alongside house baked focaccia, Italian inspired starters, salads, sandwiches, and desserts.
Our philosophy is simple: long fermented dough, quality ingredients, time honored technique, and no shortcuts. Some recipes honor our family’s past, while others reflect the creativity and competition experience Tore and Damiano bring to the kitchen.
