Tulum Mexican Cuisine

My husband surprised me and brought me here for my first time for my birthday meal. The whole meal was amazing! We were greeted by chef Carlos, who took us to our table. My husband told him we were there for my birthday and he went above making us feel welcome and special. We ordered our food and then Carlos came by with a surprise appetizer he made and wanted us to try… of course it was delicious. I ordered the Chile relleno and it was one of the best I’ve had. At the end of our meal, Carlos came back with a surprise dessert and wished me happy birthday again. The food was amazing, everyone was so nice, and the restaurant is absolutely beautiful and takes you to paradise. I can’t believe it took us so long to try Tulum, but we will definitely add it to our rotation.
