Two Doughs - Agoura Hills

TwoDoughs Is our GOTO FAVE PIZZA & SALAD spot. We order nearly weekly. Same pizza almost every time. I’m not a thick pizza lover EXCEPT HERE!! We all agree that the THICK CRUST is like a croissant light(order crunchy/med well done) SWEET & SPICY is DELISH!! Our very fave pizza. You will not be disappointed. Their SALADS especially CAESAR is FRESH amazing BUTTER LETTUCE FARM-TO-TABLE like no other we’ve experienced. If salad at home could be like this, we’d have it daily. The staff is friendly and CHRISTINE, even tho mine was her very 1st credit card taken over the phone, was a DELIGHT. All the staff is helpful even tho they’re packed and super busy. They make your order and you feel important. Hands down BEST #1 PIZZA in our LIVES!! Except maybe in Italy after a long day walking the Piazza’s & museum going, fresh from the oven. But since that not our typical day- we choose TWO DOUGHS right here in Agoura!! We’re so fortunate to have them. BTW, I typically only eat 1 PIECE. It’s not overly filling but just right. Plus every bite is fresh full of an explosion of flavors that say MORE PLEASE. Yet, when we reheat in our AIR FRYER the next day, it’s almost as good as DAY-OF. We ordered 2 Pizzas & 2 Salads between 3 of us. We could have gotten away with 1 Pizza but since they’re CLOSED MONDAYS, this way I could send my kids home with half a pizza and keep 1/2 for myself. Freezes great or I reheat within the week. Recommend light reheat on low temp in Air Fryer for best taste or toaster oven or regular oven. If you haven’t tried Two Doughs, you MUST. If you only had their thin dough because that’s your usual preference (like us), PLEASE TRY THE THICK SWEET & SPICY!! It’s a fresh flavor-filled delight. You’ll become a believer and convert to THICK, too—if only for theirs. We taste the honey and like I said, to us it’s like a Croissant dough. Thick but never heavy or doughy. We request Well-done(or medium well-done) so it’s crunchy and they never over cook it. Btw, SWEET & SPICY isn’t truly spicy. Its flavor is a burst of fresh flavors the sauce has a tiny bit of spice but NEVER “spicy” as in take out the antacids. Tell them JOANN the REALTOR®️NOTEPADS lady SENT YOU!
