Mixed review today. Had two tacos. I was trying to figure out what I wanted, and mentioned to the young woman at the counter that I noticed some of the taco offerings were flour & that I preferred corn, and she said I could switch. Then, I ordered carnitas & chicken (both corn), she informed me chicken was out. So I mentally remembered that there was a shrimp. That one was flour, and I forgot to change it she didn’t catch that & set me up with corn. I got flour, and that flour shrimp wasn’t great, & there were 3 smaller shrimp in the taco. My carnitas taco was with corn, and the corn tortilla was amazing, but the carnitas was quite dry, as dry as I’ve had anywhere. I love the environment & homemade tortillas, so I’ll give it another try someday. Beer options are great.
