We strongly recommend arriving early (by 8:30 AM) to secure a spot onsite. If the main lot is full, please utilize nearby options: Evanston Hospital Visitor Parking Garage: Paid visitor parking located directly across Central Street from the course (a 2–3 minute walk to check-in). Street Parking: Free parallel parking along Maple Avenue and Isabella Street near the clubhouse, plus metered spots along Central Street. CTA Central Station Lot: Public pay-lot located directly adjacent to the course off Central Street. 🌦️ Refund & Weather Policy Full refunds are available up to 5 days prior to the event (Wednesday, Sept 9). Cancellations within 5 days are non-refundable but 100% transferable to another player. If severe weather closes the course, Canal Shores will issue raincheck vouchers, and the Tavern After-Party Buffet, Auction & Raffle will proceed indoors at 3:00 PM as scheduled.
