Steaks were cooked to perfection. Swapped out the broccoli for asparagus and that was a great call. Truffle risotto was AMAZING!!! Definitely can go wrong with that. Wish the Demi gloss was a little thicker and they still used Gorgonzola on the steak, as opposed to just blue cheese but it was still fantastic!
