The name ‘Cougar Bait’ was devised during an all-night drive back from Michigan with our original brew system. This is a straight-forward Blonde Ale utilizing Aromatic Munich malt for grainy cereal flavor. Fermentation is kept below 68 degrees to produce a cleaner, lager-like ester profile. This is the perfect everyday-drinking beer.
