SPECIAL EVENT: 4-course wine dinner celebrating good wine and the flavors of summer's end! It's going to an evening of wine and good food in our beautiful courtyardg, weather permitting. (Dinner will be moved indoors in the event of rain or excessive heat.) Menu is posted on our social media and website. Cost is $85/person plus tax and space is limited! ***You must pay a $25/person deposit to book this event. Deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking or the system will auto-cancel your reservation.***

Reservation Policy
PLEASE READ! We allot 2 hours per dinner reservation of 4+ guests, and 90 mins for lunch reservation of 4+ guests. Large parties of 10 or more, with a deposit, may be allotted more time, if previously arranged. We will do our best to accommodate requests for specific dining areas, including outdoors (our courtyard and patio). However, courtyard seating is NOT guaranteed. Most of the Courtyard has partial-full shade and/or umbrellas, but some tables are in the sun. If there is a heat advisory or rain, chances are the Courtyard will be closed for the safety of staff and guests. We reserve the right to close the Courtyard and any other dining area, when we see fit due to staffing, weather, or private events. The Back Porch tables are INDOORS, at the back of the building, with a view of The Courtyard. They ONLY accommodate 2-3 persons. There are 11 steps up to the table. The Board Room, The Swan Room, and The Mezzanine are all upstairs on the 2nd floor, no elevator. Again, reservation requests are only requests and never guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate. Only available time slots are shown. If you do not see the time slot you want, that means we are full during that time. We do not have any booths. We cannot accommodate random requests for things that are off menu. While all birthdays are special, Vivilore is a celebration destination where multiple parties on any given day are here to celebrate a birthday. Because of this and being a local, small boutique restaurant, we cannot provide a free dessert for every celebration.
