Jane who’s helping and providing the best Customer Service is respectful & a very nice Vui Ve’s Team Member. She’s very knowledgeable in making suggestions on food what to try at the time we visited them yesterday afternoon after swimming. With her awesome service and knowledge of food & approvement on our choice of Vietnamese Ice Coffee, we’ll definately return again sooner. For the owner of Vui Ve to appreciate and keep Jane as your excellent team member and please know that you can pick her as a team leader too as she also fast to step up to see us and other Customers to check on the food and other things that we need and cleaning up ALL Tables, tidying up the chairs and sauces! You’re very kucky having her as one of your employees because she performs a very impressive duty that seems to handle all. She also smiles when helping us & other Customers with food & drink & all. Improvement: While we observed that the other (Asia) employee who’s also there working, just mostly sitting and doesn’t want to help cleaning up the “dirty bowls, glasses” and ONLY telling her to do “this and that” and has no smile at all. Team help is important!! That employee needs to be reminded, Trained and be nicer to other team members and Customers who’re eating there. That female employee doesn’t help the team and the Restaurant in cleaning up any tables that were dirty and full of utensils on AFTER other Customers left. Speedy clean-up is Important and don’t wait until one person clean those tables while she’s very busy assisting other Customers and taking orders and serving food and drinks to awaiting Customers. Even that female employee is a Supervisor or team leader or manager, there’s no excuse to just ignore the dirty tables, busy staff & kitchen! she should supposedly step up the scale and help the team & restaurant and participate to cleaning up tables and/or dirty utensils on tables, etc, to have the Restaurant clean/neat and tidy again when new Customers coming And as needed! Don’t just sit and act like the top / boss and ignore dirty tables that need to be cleaned when other staff were busy behind the counter and bar.
