Waking Daisy MS Fundraiser Dinner 6 Course Tasting Menu with Wine Pairings Join us for a special evening at Waking Daisy in support of the Wisconsin Chapter of the National MS Society. This exclusive event features a thoughtfully curated 6 course tasting menu paired with wines, with 100% of ticket proceeds donated directly to MS research. Enjoy a menu of comfort classics with a modern twist, including highlights such as truffle croissant beignets, shrimp scampi, porcini ravioli, braised short rib, and tres leches. Each course will be complemented by curated wine pairings, including selections from Maison de Madeline Sparkling, Mussel Bay Sauvignon Blanc, and Method Cabernet.
