An espresso based beverage with Ube mixed in with the milk and then espresso added. Ube is a Filipino sweet potato mostly used in desserts. Our Filipino creator of the beverage, created the Filipino dessert into a crafted beverage where you can enjoy your dessert along with your caffeine! Vanilla and white chocolate notes of the Ube married along with our marzipan, honeyed caramel, bittersweet chocolate, dried fruit notes of our espresso. We mix our Ube with the espresso not being overly sweet but complimenting each other in harmony. We can adjust sweetness levels to your taste. Ask for extra sweetness for more of a dessert setting.

We pair off our espresso with dairy or alternative milk of choice

We use first-bloom harvested Ceremonial Matcha that is whisked to order. We then add the freshly whisked matcha and pair it with your choice of dairy or alternative milk.
