Wasabi is a dream come true for owners and chefs Jay Wang and Jimmy Zheng. It is the third dream turned reality which began in 2011 with their first restaurant Wasabi Chi in Des Moines. They strive to bring the best dishes to Iowa with emphasis on freshness and quality. Food is truly their passion and we trust that it shows in their dishes.
