May 1st First Friday -- Cinco De Mayo Mexican Dinner & Tequila Tasting MEXICAN DINNER: Member Ruben Ocampo and his wife Laura are serving up a Mexican feast! Chicken Enchiladas, Chile Relleno, Carne à la Mexican, Mexican Rice, Refried Beans, Guacamole, Chips, Mexican spicy sauces, etc! If you've come to this event before, you know how good it is -- don't miss it! PRICE: $15 in advance, or $20 at the event. Each order gets you a Mexican Plate - mix and match! TEQUILA TASTING ADD-ON: Member Doug Curl and his wife Lisa are hosting his 2nd annual Tequila Tasting and will walk you through the craft of pure agave spirits. If you've never tasted pure agave spirits with no additives this is your chance to try some fine tequilas -- and some that are supposed to be fine. You'll get to taste tequilas ranging from $12 to $1400 per bottle. If your idea of a good tequila is Jose Cuervo, you'll be in for a treat! (Reminder, this is a tasting with small pours!) PRICE: $10 per person in advance, or $15 at the event. DEADLINE for online signup for Dinner and/or Tasting is Thursday April 30th at 5pm. We could use 2 members to help with cleanup for work or pay.
