Weber Grill has always been one of my favorite restaurants, although I don’t get to visit nearly as often as I would like. This visit was especially memorable because of Luis! I was feeling a little sad about turning XX this year, but Luis completely turned my birthday around. He brightened my day, made me laugh and smile several times, and truly made me feel celebrated. That kind of genuine customer service is something you don’t forget. Luis, thank you for making my birthday so special! You truly understand what great customer service is, and you are amazing at what you do. Weber Grill is lucky to have you! We had a wonderful evening and hope to see you again very soon! ❤️
Great food and great service!
