Join us for a chef dinner & a show! Westsider Diner & Lounge Chef Will Flores has prepared an amazing menu (see below), and Brad Emanuel has planned a special performance! Doors open at 5:30 for cocktails & charcuterie: o Maple Bacon Deviled Eggs, Calabrian Chili Jam, Purple Haze Brulee, Castelstrevano Olives, Cave Aged Sopresatta, Neuske’s Summer Sausage, Milton Farms Prairie Breeze, and Dark Chocolate espresso beans with artisan crackers and rosemary chips. Entrees: o Mushroom Merlot Braised Beef Tips w/Truffle Butter Egg Noodles o Cranberry & Orange Roasted Chicken w/Potato Gratin & Rosemary Bearnaise o Honey Butter Glazed Rainbow Carrots o Blistered Cherry Tomatoes o Fresh Greens tossed with Spiced Apples, lemon and thyme chevre, shaved prosciutto, and roasted beet balsamic. Dessert: o Cherry Bourbon Cake Vanilla cake with bourbon caramel, cherry compote, candied pecans and whipped cream. About 7pm: Brad Emanuel will perform his original songs and share the stories behind them. He is joined by Sidney Rose & Jordan Miles for an intimate storyteller show. Stephanie Kohli leads a fun and educational evening of creativity. You will create your own 11x14 painting, all skill levels welcome. The ticket price includes everything you'll need for this experience and a drink from the Westsider Lounge! This class will focus on creating a delightful winter scene. You will be helped along the way with Stephanie's help and experience.

Back in demand, Inspired by Nature’s coveted annual DIY wreath workshop. We'll be creating with locally harvested Wisconsin evergreens, then customizing our wreaths with ribbon bows, pinecones, and other items from the "Wreath Bar". Be sure to grab your friends for a fun time out and bring home a beautiful creation you can be proud of! Attendees in the past have said this is a great way to kick off their decorating and shopping as the scents of the wintergreens motivate them for all things Christmas. A single drink of your choice is included in the class cost! Seating is limited. Feel free to come a bit early and grab your drinks! Check in begins at 5:40.
