The striking freshness and vivacity of the floral and fruity fragrances (yellow fruits and fresh fruits) take root, before giving way to subtle notes of vanilla and butter, lending the wine a fruity and consistent character. The intense pink color is characteristic of a great Tavel. Aromas of raspberry, wild strawberry, and pomegranate share the glass with peppery notes. The wine is balanced and flavorful, and the finish is long. It is a gastronomic rosé that pairs with every part of the meal from aperitif through dessert. Grapes are hand-harvested then destemmed and chilled. Varieties are blended two by two and undergo a 12-to-24-hour maceration. Once the vibrant color is obtained, the tanks are bled and the marcs are pressed to add to the free-run juice. The juice then undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation for 15 days. This wine sees no malolactic fermentation and no oak contact. The final blend takes place in December before bottling. This results in a flavorful, vibrant, and food-friendly rosé that can be enjoyed year-round and cellared for several years.

Made from organically grown merlot, this is a winner for afternoons in the sun with aromas of orange blossom, crushed wild thyme, and ripe berries. Our rosé is made from young vines grown on sandy clay soils. It is the result of a subtle blend of 2 techniques: direct pressing for the fruit and aromatic finesse, and bleeding for length and complexity on the palate. This ruby-colored southern Rhône Valley rosé is from Tavel, the only appellation devoted exclusively to rosé production. Deep and complex, it could be treated like a red and described similarly: black cherry, tart cranberry, woodsy spice. But the texture of La Combe des Rieu is distinctly more delicate and thirst-quenching in a way that a red (with more tannin) could never imitate. Crushed strawberry and wet stone on the palate."

Winemaker Rosemary Cakebread blends her organically-grown estate Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Sirah into this sculptural rosé. The fruit was direct pressed and fermented in a mix of stainless steel and used oak barrels, and malolactic was suppressed. The resulting salmon-hued wine is fragrant of strawberries and roses, with a streak of wet rocks. It is a mouthful of honeydew melon and red citrus, but the wine retains its length and elegance, its fruit gilded by firm acidity. Truly a flexible wine, it’s good with fried snacks, mixed cheeses, and lightly cooked foods of all stripes, from fish to poultry to pork. It’s also an equitable partner for salads, especially those with heft and an edge of vegetable sweetness: think corn or tomato, blanched new potatoes, the aïoli platter.

This unique rosé is a vibrant coral and rose quartz color with bright aromas of white peaches, melon, citrus and dried herbs. The complex, textured palate is bursting with fresh orchard fruits, juicy melon, citrus rind, tart strawberries, dried herbs and an elegant mineral salinity. A blend of 92% Touriga Nacional and 8% Trincadeira from different vineyards, the grapes are harvested by hand, lightly crushed by foot and allowed to macerate a bit to give light color. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel with native yeasts, then the wines are blended and aged together.

The Cliff Notes: The color is peach quartz. On the nose it’s sherbet (not sherbert, you lovely dilettante). The mouth opens as the head goes back and offers lime PEZ, tangerine, and Granny Smith apple. It finishes acid-centric and clean on crème brûlée. Fermentation: 100% Pinot noir, whole-cluster pressed and barrel fermented to dry using a long, slow, low-temperature, wild-yeast regimen. Those native yeasts metabolized the sugar under the pressure of clean carbon dioxide, thus delivering massive high-tone fruit esters that make it seem all sweet fruit and summery. Elevage: 100% barrel aged in older French oak barrels. Aged using lees addition and incorporating Champagne methodologies from 100 years ago to strip color and broaden an earthy mid-palate, similar to a rosé Champagne from that era, without the bubbles. Racked once and filtered prior to bottling in January 2025.

Fresh melon and pear on the perfumed nose, with floral and herbal qualities adding complexity. Sappy and focused on the palate, offering vibrant orchard and pit flavors along with hints of fennel and honeysuckle. The smooth, clinging finish shows a lingering pit fruit character.

Dressed in liquid gold, this cuvée gives off a floral scent reminiscent of honeysuckle and acacia flowers. Once in the mouth, the juice reveals itself to be both firm and fat, the attack is round, delicately structured and mineral. The lingering finish is carried by gentle citrusy bitters.

85% Sauvignon Blanc 15% Chardonnay This classic Cheverny white is made from younger vines planted to chalk, limestone and sandy soils. It was vinified in stainless steel and aged on the lees until bottling. The result is an expressive white with vibrant citrus and stone fruit aromas and flavors, crisp yet lush texture, and lingering minerality on the finish.

Pale yellow with greenish reflections. Elegant aromas of white fruit (pear, banana, peach), cut grass, balsamic, citrus (grapefruit) and minerals. Good volume with persistence. Welcome to Chablis, this wine says as you take your first sip, where Chardonnay tastes like it does nowhere else in the world. Its oyster-shell minerality and cool-climate profile are unmistakable, especially in the hands of the Savary family, who vinify this beauty in stainless steel to underscore those fundamental traits of Chardonnay planted in this renowned village. Thanks to malolactic fermentation and lees aging, though, its round body makes it approachable and versatile, able to pair beautifully not only with shellfish but also with light pastas and roast chicken.

The wine opens with lifted aromatics, tones of chamomile, yuzu, and marzipan. Compact, focused, and layered on the palate with lemon-grass supported by a lovely fruit set of tangerine, white peach, and Bartlett pear. On the palate there is plenty of drive and energy. This Sancerre comes from a few parcels, aged on the lees for a few months to give the wines a bit more texture. Color: Bright with golden highlights. Aroma: Typical nose of Sauvignon. “You couldn’t ask for a cleaner, fresher, flintier, or truer expression of Sauvignon Blanc. Its mouth-watering acidity, depth of flavor, and fleshy texture will have you racing back for more.” Pouilly-sur-Loire produces one of the greatest Sauvignon Blancs in the world. Régis’ vineyards sit at 750 feet, surrounded by hills on the far east of the Loire River, and centered proudly on the prized limestone and clay of the Kimmeridgian chain. The scattered flint in these vineyards imbues the wines with a character quite distinctive from the neighboring village of Sancerre.

A remarkable depth of flavor comes through: notes of lemon zest, honeysuckle, peach blossom, and quince are all elevated by a lovely acidity. A savory minerality layers itself among the appealing fruit flavors and hints at the complexity that will continue to reveal itself. Steady rainfall in the winter provided a good source of water reserves deep in the soil. Budbreak started early compared to the previous vintage. Throughout the spring and early summer, canopy growth was well-balanced. As the bunches of berries flourished, the vines also yielded a good crop balance. We started picking when grapes reached perfect maturity, and we’re very pleased with the bright flavors and balanced acidity that will be a hallmark of the vintage. Harvest commenced at dawn on August 16 with the Sauvignon Blanc Musquè and concluded with the picking of old-vine Sémillon on September 20.

Inspired by the diversity of the Dolomites, Misto Mare blends grapes from sustainable and biodynamically farmed vineyards of our vintner partners that are in conversion. This wine unites over 14 grape varieties from new partners, including white and red grapes sourced from various regions of Alto Adige, showcasing a range of altitudes and soils. The combination of different grape varieties reveals a captivating complexity. The name Misto Mare originates from the fact that Alto Adige was once covered by a vast ocean (Mare) 200 million years ago, while Misto translates to mixed, signifying the blend of multiple grapes. The label was created by acclaimed Finnish artist, Klaus Haapaniemi, who is celebrated for his imaginative and intricate illustrations.

A complex but fruity nose leads with white peach, green apple, and a hint of cinnamon spice. The palate is firm with plenty of fresh pear and crisp lemon tart with a long mineral core. While the fruit is opulent, it also has firm acidity with a lengthy finish resulting in a wine that will drink well young but age for many years to come.

A well-balanced and nicely rounded with a lot of volume and a long journey in the mouth. In the throat, typical bitters of the Hondarrabi Zuri variety appear.

This Cabernet comes from Marietta's small block in the Game Trail Vineyard, located in Mendocino County’s Yorkville Highlands AVA. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and barrel aged in neutral French oak barrels for 20 months before bottling. The 2022 season, marked by a dry winter, frosty spring, and summer heat spikes, led to a lighter crop with concentrated flavors, ripe tannins, and fruit-forward wines.

This wine displays aromas of dark fruit, including black berry and plum, with notes of eucalyptus, and baking spice. This well-structured wine has ample tannins, and balanced acidity. A rich, but balanced Cabernet Sauvignon that can be enjoyed now or cellared for as long as you’re will to wait.

The pretty nose smells fabulously of Pinot Noir. The palate has good, juicy flesh to it, and the tannin/acid balance... well, even in Burgundy you rarely find such an elegant balance.

Dark, juicy fruit is complemented with savoury notes and heaps of character. Dark and brooding in colour; the sultry nose likes some time to open up with notes of clove and dried rose petal, giving way to intriguing tar and dried fruit aromas. The palate is fruit-forward with layers of roasted strawberries, black cherry cola, and the fresh acidity of a ripe damson plum. The tannins carve a very fine long line, drawing the palate out and reflecting the elegant vintage afforded by a season of perfect weather.

This wines shows classic sour cherry, leather and earth notes in the nose leading into a wine on the palate which offers up bright red fruit flavors, crisp acidity and mineral combined with deep, warmer smoky notes that call out for roasted meats or even braised dishes.

The nose reveals ripe red strawberries, marionberries, and blueberry jam, with hints of spruce, dark chocolate truffle, and subtle herbal notes. Domaine de Pallus Messanges is a pure expression of Cabernet Franc. The grapes used for this cuvée are macerated for five days. Messanges is then aged in concrete tanks and stainless steel for over 6 months. The result is a soft wine with abundant bright red berry notes combined with mild spice, herbal and stony qualities.

The Anna Asmaquer Beaujolais is an old vines blend with profound minerality, a bright wild berry nose, and possesses typique Beaujolais finesse. The grapes are harvested manually and vinified completely without SO2. The wines are not chaptalized, filtered, or degassed and only natural yeasts are used for the fermentation. La Prébende crafts one of the best Beaujolais AOC values available today.

Whole-cluster fermentation with native yeasts. Semi-Carbonic maceration. No enzymes/sulfites/additions in vinfication. 7-14 days on the skins then matured on the fine lees in concrete tanks. Bottled with a touch of sulfur. A layered and silky-smooth wine with well defined black-cherry and toasted spice aromas. A core of ripe (yet very fresh) black-fruit dominates an expansive palate that ends with a long, lasting finish.

In the glass, the wine pours a deep purple color. On the nose, ripe, black and red fruit with a touch of anise and herbaceous notes. Much of the same carries through to the palate, with added crunchy, red fruit and light, approachable tannins. Medium-bodied, pair this with your favorite lamb dishes, pork tenderloin, and/or grilled vegetables. Made from 100% Cabernet Franc, the grapes are grown on alluvial glacial silex soils in the Vallee de Cravant les Coteaux with an average vine age of 10 to 30 years old. The grapes are hand harvested and left to macerate in concrete vats with indigenous yeasts for about fifteen days. The wine rests for a period of 6-12 months in concrete vats with no sulphites added until bottling. The wine is bottled unfined with just a light filtration.

In the glass it shows garnet red reflections. On the nose, it offers aromas of small red fruits, pomegranate and the unmistakable violet scent of good Sangiovese. In the background a touch of vanilla and tomato leaf. The palate is well balanced, with sweet notes of ripe cherries and plum jam, supported by precise and elegant tannins. The body is dynamic and compelling and the pleasant drinkability is accompanied by good persistence.

The color is pale ruby red and the scent is ethereal, intense, with hints of vanilla and ripe fruit. Balanced, dry, medium-bodied, mineral with a pleasant acidity and saline notes, red fruit aromas. First produced in 1994, this wine is made from grapes Nerello Mascalese, Etna's autochthonous red variety, and Nerello Cappuccio, which has been growing on the volcano for centuries. The grapes are hand picked from late September through October, from vines located on the North and South slopes of the mountain. Fermentation occurs in a steel vat, with the aid of an autochthonous yeast selected after a long experimentation, and the wine then matures mostly in steel, with very limited use of oak.

This wine opens with aromas of dark cherries, as if they've been gently stewed in their own juice. This fruit core is subtly warmed by an infusion of mixed spices and the delicate astringency of tea leaves. Wildflowers weave through the profile, introducing a sweet, spicy floral aspect. The tannins are fine and well-integrated, providing structure without overwhelming the palate. Drink 2025 - 2045

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Nero d’Avola, Tannat and other grapes from southwest Sicily, matured for 14 months in first and second-use barriques and then in bottle for a further 24 months or more. Dark red and black fruit aromas introduce an intense and balsamic wine with good structure and freshness. Currants and hedgerow berries mingle, underlined by grippy tannins. Powerful, well balanced and long, this will reward further time in the cellar.

Intense ruby red with violet reflections. Full-scented with marked notes of fruit, vanilla, tar, and spices. Dry and flinty, round and full. Gentle, integrated tannins, and just the right balance of acidity allow the wine show its full personality. The long finish provides notes of tobacco and dried fruit.

Aromas of red berry, mint and tobacco emerge from the glass. The savory, balanced palate offers red cherry, star anise and white pepper alongside fine-grained tannins and fresh acidity. Drink 2020–2029.

Garnet red with brilliant hues, this elegant wine expresses a fine bouquet with notes of small red fruits, rose petals and tea leaves. The tannins are fine and aristocratic, and the finish is long and full of flavor. Barbaresco is known as the queen of Italian wine. The vineyards of Reyna lie on steep hillsides in Barbaresco and Neive, facing southeast and southwest. The soil is bluish-grey calcareous clay marl with good presence of micro-elements, with more sand in the Barbaresco vineyard. Grapes are harvested an average of 10 to 15 days later than normal, resulting in extremely rich musts high in sugar and lower in acidity. Temperature controlled fermentation is followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged for 18 months in large casks of French Allier and Slavonian oak followed by aging in bottle.

Single Ferment Series wines include fruit from more than one parcel or vineyard site and are (co-fermented) ¨in one single ferment ¨ All of the fruit does not enter the tank at same time and we simply stack on top of the fermenting tank when the next fruit is ripe — one single ferment one single wine. Darker [and more serious] than many País out there with proper complexity and depth, ripe flavors and round tannins without ‘rusticity’. This is the character of the grape on granite soils made in small lots with focus.

WINEMAKING: Small batches of grapes are gently crushed and transferred to open fermenters, where Viognier and Shiraz are co-fermented. Foot treading is undertaken two thirds of the way through fermentation, the wine is basket pressed and transferred to a mixture of old French and American oak to complete fermentation and mature for up to 10 months. TASTING NOTES: Typically delicious Shiraz characters of plum, mulberry, milk chocolate and sweet licorice give way to darker black olive, cedar and cocoa notes. The palate is densely packed with streamlined, chalky tannins. A Shiraz Viognier that will suit everyone from the most avid wine connoisseur seeking a thought provoking experience through to someone who just wants to enjoy a quality red wine with their barbecued steak.

The Thymiopoulos family has been growing grapes for generations and through time they evolved into biodynamic agriculture. Crafted from Xinomavro, this red offers a personality shaped by notes of black olive, sour cherry, sweet spices, pot-pourri and cedar. Tasting Note: Alpine strawberries and cherry skins. Translucent electric garnet in color, light-medium body and loaded with joyous fruit and spice. Very buoyant and light on its feet, it is packed with gorgeous and continuously unfolding flowers, spices and juicy fruit. This wine is too fun for words, Gamay purity, alpine freshness, juicy melons and summer berries exuberance all in one glass. Drink Chilled. Gamay Noir from pink granite-covered peaks in the Sierra Foothills, this Gamay burst out of the cellar with our first version of this wine in 2019. Well a lot has happened since 2019, and we are filled with excitement to have this back in the lineup once again. Light, juicy and translucent but loaded with delicious fruit and density of flavor. A quick three day maceration on the crushed skins after a 7-day carbonic maceration have formed a wine that is light in body and color, but heavy on enjoyment and beauty. This wine is a pure blast of alpine fruit and joy!

Fresh aromas of roasted earth, black licorice, blackberries, tar, pepper and smoke. This is unmistakably Syrah. Rich, supple, incredibly textured and so delicious. Nothing is out of place here, fruit, spice, savory, sweet, it has got it all.

The aromas of sweet French oak and espresso get more complex with every swirl of the glass, unveiling black plum, ripe raspberry, and violet aromas. The wine is full-bodied, dense, deep and chewy with flavors of black raspberry, plums, roasted herbs, and mint.

WINE OVERVIEW: Blended from the best lots of the 1928 estate vineyards, this iconic small-batch blend of Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot is powerful yet smooth. TASTING NOTES: The aromas of dark cherries, plums and roasted cocoa come leaping out of the glass. This is a big but very suave wine with layers of ripe cherry, berry fruits, white pepper, mint, chocolate, caramel, smoke, and toast. There are loads of ripe, soft tannins, so this wine will certainly age beautifully for a decade or longer, but the temptation to drink it right away may be too much to resist.

The first iteration to include a significant amount of fruit from Farrow Ranch, Aperture’s latest vineyard acquisition… It has slowly unfurling scents of red and black currants, chocolate-covered cherries, integrated new oak spices, tobacco and tapenade. The palate is particularly elegant, balancing concentrated, nuanced flavors with a frame of velvety tannins and vibrant acidity that calls you back to the glass.
