The Five-Course Menu First Course | Pumpkin Bisque Silky pumpkin bisque finished with crema and roasted pepitas. Third Course | Wood-Fired Arizona Trout Locally sourced Arizona trout served with celery-root purée, apple, fennel, and a bright lemon beurre blanc.
