Reservation Cancellation & Guest Count Policy • Reservations must be made with a minimum of 24 hours notice. • Reservations may be booked up to 3 days in advance. • Same-day reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Please call 904-379-7077 to speak with a manager on duty. Availability is limited and subject to capacity controls within our reservation system. We kindly ask that any reservation changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled reservation time. While no prepayment is required to book, a $25 cancellation fee per party will be charged to the card on file if your reservation is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance or if your party does not arrive as scheduled. This policy allows us to appropriately staff and extend availability to other guests. To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, reservations are confirmed for the specific number of guests booked. We will always do our best to accommodate additional guests; however, if your party arrives with more guests than originally confirmed, we may not be able to seat the full group together. Additional guests may be seated separately and could be subject to a wait based on availability at the time of arrival. Reserved tables are held for 15 minutes past the reservation time. If you arrive after this window and have not contacted us, your reservation may be released and treated as a no-show. This cancellation policy helps us provide the best possible experience and ensure availability for all guests. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you.
