Caviar Day is a ticketed experience priced at $65 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Throughout the evening, guests may also purchase additional pours à la carte, along with a caviar service. Included with each ticket is a caviar tasting with three delicious bites highlighting the versatility of caviar led by a caviar expert. Petite loaded baked potato with salted yolk and caviar House-made mini croissant with Comté cheese and caviar Herb and sundried tomato focaccia with olive tapenade and fried boquerones Paired with the guest's choice of a glass of Gosset Champagne or a classic Beluga Vodka Martini. Ambassadors from each unique brand will be onsite to make this a truly unique and educational experience.
