We are proud to serve BBQ the old fashioned way, cooked 100% on wood and smoke. We don't use gas or electricity to cook our meats, they are cooked with wood. We also believe that restaurants should cook their foods, not reheat food that has been cooked in a factory, frozen and shipped to restaurants to reheat.
