Food for your party can be purchased from our vendors, CaliBurger and Little Miner Taco. They are independent franchises, and you'd need to contact them directly regarding advance orders at burgers@caliburgerdmv.com and events@littleminertaco.com. You may not bring in your own drinks or ice chests/coolers. If you wish to have outside catering due to food allergies or dietary restrictions, there is a $100 catering fee. Please email Marisa at Marisa@barrelhousedc.com for more information and to schedule payment. We allow desserts at no extra charge. Decorations/signage are allowed (except for anything with confetti/glitter) and need to be cleaned up prior to departure. We do not provide materials (e.g., tape, scissors) to help with decorations or signage. Children and minors (accompanied by a parent or legal guardian) and leashed dogs are permitted except after 8pm on Fridays and Saturdays. We are a rain or shine venue, and the cabanas have covered roofs; therefore, refunds should not be expected for inclement weather unless there is a severe weather warning. If you are unable to make it, please cancel your reservation as soon as you know you are not coming. Reservations are eligible for a full refund if cancelled 48 hours prior to the reservation.
