Event Space Reservation
Please take a moment to review the following policies. Continuing with your event booking means you agree to all terms outlined below. Celebrate your special occasion with us! Our private event space accommodates up to 35 guests and is perfect for: Rehearsal dinners Private parties Birthdays Graduations Holiday parties Corporate gatherings and milestone celebrations If your event is more than 35 people you are welcome to still use our space, just understand that you and your guests might be a little cozy! Food & Beverage Event reservations are served from our full catering menu, available at cheersyamas.com. We're happy to work with you to create a meal that fits your group, whether that's: A buffet-style setup for easy mingling and self-serve dining, or Individually plated meals for a more traditional sit-down experience We can also accommodate dietary restrictions and special requests — just let us know in advance. Dedicated Service Every event booking includes a dedicated bartender and server for the duration of your event, so your guests are taken care of from the first toast to the last bite. Reserve Your Date Book your event directly here to check availability and lock in your date. You'll be able to order food after selecting your date. Any additional food must be ordered through our online catering menu found at cheersyamas.com and scheduled for the date and time of your event. We can't wait to host your celebration at Yamas.
Available Times
Booking Requirements To confirm your event reservation, the following are required: Room fee — paid at the time of booking to reserve the space Prepayment for food — based on your selected catering menu and final guest count Credit card on file — required for any bar tabs opened during the event Final guest counts and menu selections should be confirmed in advance so we can prepare for your event and have your dedicated staff ready. Food Ordering Food options are available for ordering when booking the event. Any additional food must be ordered through our online system and scheduled for the date and time of your event, at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations The room fee is non-refundable once the event is booked. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will forfeit the food prepayment as well. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund for all food. Guest Count Changes Final guest counts must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the event. Increases after that point are subject to availability and may not be guaranteed; decreases will not reduce the food prepayment amount, as ingredients and staffing will already be in place. Event Time Event bookings include a set five hour time window for your party. If your event runs longer than the booked window, additional charges may apply for extended use of the space, bartender, and server. Food and beverage service for events will end at 9pm when the restaurant's kitchen and bar close. Outside Food & Beverage Outside food and beverage are not permitted, with the exception of celebration cakes or desserts (birthday cakes, wedding cakes, etc.). We do not charge for outside desserts, but please let our team know in advance if you are bringing a dessert so we can ensure we set up a space for your dessert, as well as cutlery and plates. Decorations You're welcome to bring decorations to personalize your event. We kindly ask that you avoid: Open flames (battery-operated candles are welcome) Glitter & confetti Anything that may damage the space Any decorations that require hanging with nails/screws/tacks All decorations must be removed at the end of your event. Service Charge & Gratuity A 20% service charge is automatically applied to all event bills, which covers gratuity for your dedicated bartender and server. Damages The party hosting the event is responsible for any damage to the event space or restaurant property caused by their guests during the event. Final Payment Any remaining balance — including bar tabs, additional food, extended time, or applicable fees — will be charged to the card on file at the conclusion of the event.
