Yana Booking & Cancellation Policy At Yana Coogee, we’re committed to providing a great experience for all our guests. To ensure smooth service and availability, the following booking policy applies. ⸻ Cancellations & Changes We kindly request that any cancellations or changes to your booking be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend your booking, may result in a cancellation fee per person. ⸻ Late Arrivals We will hold your table for 15 minutes from your booking time. If you’re running late, please contact the venue — otherwise, your table may be released. ⸻ Group Bookings (6+ Guests) For larger bookings, a deposit or card hold may be required to secure your reservation. Final guest numbers must be confirmed 24 hours prior. Reductions in numbers within this timeframe may incur charges. ⸻ Seating Times During peak periods, seating times may be allocated to ensure all guests can enjoy the venue. ⸻ Promotions & Events For special offerings including Bottomless Brunch, Steak Night, and Functions: • Deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours • Strict time limits apply (e.g. 90-minute sittings for bottomless packages) • All guests must participate in applicable packages where required ⸻ Responsible Service of Alcohol Yana Coogee operates in accordance with NSW RSA regulations. We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to any guest at our discretion.
