Last fall, Chef Kyle and a few of us traveled to Kentucky to collaborate with Woodford Reserve on a unique bourbon barrel to showcase at the restaurants. We toured the rickhouses, tasted through barrels, and talked through the notes on aromas and taste until we settled on the perfect pairing for our food. The result is the Yonsei Bourbon Project: our own single-barrel Woodford Double Oaked Bourbon.
