Born and raised in Hokkaido, Keisuke Kobayashi founded Yoroshiku in Seattle in 2012 to introduce the flavors and spirit of Northern Japan to the Pacific Northwest. Together with chef Koichi Homma, he built a restaurant dedicated to authentic cuisine, genuine hospitality, and continuous improvement. More than a decade later, Yoroshiku remains a local favorite, serving Hokkaido-inspired ramen, Zangi, and Japanese comfort food to guests from across Seattle and beyond.
