Tours MUST be booked in advance to secure your spot. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time for check-in. Guests arriving more than 5 minutes late will FORFEIT their reservation and WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. The tour includes multiple flights of stairs, uneven and potentially wet surfaces, and varying temperatures. It is NOT stroller, scooter or wheelchair accessible. Guests MUST be able to climb stairs independently and walk safely through the facility. Guests unable to climb stairs or walk safely through the facility WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. We recommend close-toed shoes for this experience, but they are not required. All tour guests will be REQUIRED to sign a waiver before the start of the tour. By proceeding with this reservation, I acknowledge and agree to read and complete the voluntary tour assumption of risk and waiver of liability. Tours may be altered or cancelled due to inclement weather. Most of the tour WILL occur outdoors due to the nature of our facility, please be prepared for various elements of Florida weather such as heat, humidity and rain. Guest cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours in advance. Please note that the brewery operates on a varying schedule. We cannot guarantee that you will see active brewing or manufacturing processes during your tour. Children are welcome on the tour but must be registered with the party. For safety reasons, the Brewery reserves the right to end a guest’s tour participation if they do not follow safety instructions, appear or become impaired, and/or are unable to safely proceed during the tour.
