Imagine a Brazilian steakhouse made a cheesesteak. We've got two kinds of cheese (gruyere & an authentic Brazilian spreadable cheese), sauteed onions, & chimichurri tops thinly sliced picanha, the iconic Brazilian cut of steak all sandwiched between two slices of freshly baked Cuban bread

Inspired by an incredibly delicious pizza topping ubiquitous in Brazil, this chicken sandwich features a deeply stewed tomato sauce that we spike with chipotles en adobo and guajillo peppers. We then toss this tomato sauce with roasted chicken and top it with two kinds of cheese (gruyere & catupiry, an authentic Brazilian spreadable cheese) with fresh oregano and parsley.

Think Northeastern Brazil meets West Africa meets New Orleans in this impeccably flavored fish sandwich. Featuring blackened Gulf fish & shrimp, fresh cilantro, and a moqueca sauce with peri peri sauce folded in... "What's Moqueca sauce?!" you ask. It's a Brazilian coconut-milk & bell pepper fish stew that we thickened to become a sauce-like consistency then folded peri peri sauce into (what's that?!?!). Peri peri sauce is a tangy, fiery, citrusy, garlicy sauce with Thai chilies that originated in Mozambique. Try it, it's incredible.
