Amazing. Some of the best sushi I've had in the US, including much more expensive places. The value is incredible. One of the most important but overlooked parts of sushi is not the fish, but the rice, (To be here fish quality here is also great.) and the rice at Yume is SO good. I got the Chirashi Don and felt like I was back in Hokkaido for a while. This is a super high end sushi spot masquerading as a inexpensive one. Also, they have fresh wasabi!
