Best babaghanoush in the Twin Cities, hands down! It’s smoky and just the right texture. Our falafel was served warm and soft. I’ve had so many dry falafels elsewhere I was beginning to lose hope. Ownership changed hands maybe three years ago but the new owners inherited the recipes from the old ones and expanded the menu, so there’s a companion burger menu I need to try. Can’t wait!
