Zenzi Den

Zenzi Den is Ballyhoo Hospitality’s newest concept, opening Spring 2026 in downtown Glenview. Centered around a live-fire robata grill, the menu brings bold flavor and lively energy to thoughtfully sourced meats, seafood, and vegetables, alongside pristine sushi, sizzling rice dishes, cold noodles, and house-made dumplings designed for sharing. The space blends warm woods, natural textures, and an easy rhythm that moves seamlessly from intimate dinners to spirited nights out. Tucked into the rear of the dining room, a private tatami room—defined by low, grounded design inspired by traditional woven mat rooms in Japan—offers an elevated, intimate setting for up to 10 guests. Approachable, vibrant, and built for connection, Zenzi Den delivers Ballyhoo’s signature feel-good hospitality with live fire at its core.
