Zilú Restaurant is a family-owned Brazilian restaurant in Orlando, led by Zilu Camargo. Formerly known as Cuca Libre Orlando, we took on a new name in 2026, the name of the woman behind the kitchen, to reflect who we truly are. Same address, same passion, a new chapter. Zilu was born in Goiânia, in the heart of Brazil, where Sunday meals around a crowded family table taught her that food is the best way to bring people together. At Zilú, every guest is welcomed like family.
Brazilian cooking is a blend of Indigenous, Portuguese, African and Italian influences, and that mix shows up on every plate we serve. From slow-cooked comfort dishes to fresh, vibrant flavors, our menu brings the warmth of a Brazilian home kitchen to Orlando. Our pizzas carry that Italian-Brazilian heritage: the dough is naturally fermented, giving it a light, airy crust with deep flavor and better digestibility.
