Throughout the decades, we’ve expanded our physical footprint, scope of operations, and staff. We’ve grown from a single 1000-square-foot historic storefront to a campus including the Next Door Café. We’ve launched Zingerman’s Catering & Events to bring “the Zingerman’s experience” beyond our doors; opened the Greyline, an event space in the heart of downtown; and introduced guided tastings in-store and virtually. Led by managing partners Grace Singleton, Rick Strutz, and Rodger Bowser, we employ a staff of over 200 (and were recognized by the James Beard Foundation Awards as a finalist in the Outstanding Service category).
